Limited One Year Warranty Boatrailer trailers are warranted to the original purchaser only for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase, to be free from defects in material and workmanship on all components manufactured by Eddie English Company Home of the Boatrailer. Any part of the trailer will be replaced at no charge for parts or labor when returned to the factory or a designated distributor at owner's expense. This is a limited one (1) year warranty and does not apply to: 1. Equipment or accessories under separate warranty by their respective manufacturers. 2. Damages caused by improper use. 3. Any consequential damage, loss or time, inconvenience, loss or damage to personal property. 4. Overloading. Exceeding manufacturer's specified load limits. 5. Accident. 6. Negligence. 7. Use for rental or lease. 8. Any modifications to basic structure. 9. Normal maintenance service. 10. Chrome, anodized or plated parts of surfaces. 11. Trailers sold as "Demonstrators". Procedure: Within 15 days of discovery of any defect, the owner must notify Eddie English Company Home of the Boatrailer for authorization of warranty repairs. |
